Shalom u'Vrachah!
Regarding what you write about not having time or mental focus, this is exactly what I am addressing: since when it comes to matters your intellectual soul understands, you find time and concentration—why is this not at all the case for matters your G‑dly soul understands? There is no need to elaborate on something so simple.
As for what you wrote about the reasons for a lack of peace, etc., among certain people, and how things would improve if there were someone whom everyone agreed upon, etc.—each of us has been given our own mission at an appropriate time, in an appropriate place, and in appropriate matters. It is explicitly written (Kohelet 3:11) and is a fundamental of faith: "LeFum Gamla Shichna" (Sotah 13b), and as explained in Chassidus (and also understood intellectually), we are given the powers to fulfill this mission. Therefore, thinking about how things would be if they were different is just theoretical speculation that has no practical relevance; moreover, it can weaken one's motivation to improve the current situation—as can be observed. It is clear that even as things are now, everyone involved has the choice to fulfill the verse: "Re'eh Natati Lefanecha... U'vacharta Bachayim" (See, I have set before you... and you shall choose life). Furthermore, since all are connected to Chassidus—to a greater or lesser degree—and it is the illuminating and inner dimension of Torah—their task is actually easier. May you soon share good news regarding all of the above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that just as we find time and focus for intellectual pursuits, we can—and must—do so for our G‑dly soul. Each person has unique strengths and opportunities to fulfill their mission; speculation about different circumstances only distracts from present responsibilities.
