In response to your question regarding what you saw in my letter published in a newspaper, where there is concern that newspapers are not preserved, and in this letter I also included sayings of our sages and a verse.

The foundation of this is the custom of the great leaders of Israel in such cases in our countries in earlier times, and also the practice of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagm zya when he was in the United States. When necessary, he would print words of inspiration in newspapers and similar publications, even if they included sayings of our sages and verses. Of course, whenever possible they were careful not to write the Divine Name as it is written, etc., and we are also careful about this even when printing booklets and similar items, and even in letters written in the language of the country—as explained by the halachic authorities that there is holiness even in Divine Names written in other languages.

It is already well known what our sages expounded on the verse "u'Diglo Alai Ahavah" (and His banner over me is love): "u'Dilugo Alai—He skips over the mention [of His Name]—is love."

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that sharing Torah insights publicly—even through newspapers—has precedent among Jewish leaders when needed. Care should be taken with Divine Names, but even if mistakes occur or children skip Hashem's name repeatedly, Hashem's love endures.
