In response to your letter which you began writing on the 25th of Elul.
I was pleased by the improvement in relationships with the various offices, and surely it has become clear that through pleasant ways and words in this spirit—even though their inner content must have appropriate firmness—one ultimately accomplishes and achieves ongoing results, unlike other approaches. Certainly you will continue to share good news in these matters.
