Enclosed is a collection for Elul which you will surely merit to share with the many; the merit of the many depends on you.

P.S. Regarding what you wrote about influencing the Jews in Morocco—how to affect them since they have not served as needed, etc.—it is already known that tzaddikim are similar to their Creator. Just as the Holy One, blessed be He, wrote Himself into His Torah—Anokhi: Ana Nafshi Kesavit Yehavit ("I Myself have written and given Myself")—so too regarding our Rebbes, the leaders of Chabad: they invested themselves in their sacred maamarim and sichos. From these one must draw inspiration. As our Rebbe the tzt"z would say: "Business! Business! Until the coming of Moshiach."
