נבהלתי שאין מזכיר אף מלה אחת אודות ימי הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, שבודאי התועדו ובשעת מעשה עכ"פ התעוררו ובמילא הרי יש מה להמשיך על כל ימות השנה, והאומנם בשביל זה היתה כל המס"נ במדינתנו לפנים, והנסים גלוים שהיו עד שבאו למקומם עתה, בשביל שיהיו מושקעים בהדאגה איך להשיג הנצרך לפרנסתו ופרנסת ב"ב באופן שלא ישאר מקום בראש לרושם מחגיגת ימי גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר וגאולתנו ופדות נפשנו לאחר שעברו מ"ח שעות...
כבקשתו יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם בקשר עם יום הולדתם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ובטח נהגו במנהגי יום הולדת כ"א לפי ענינו.
ויתן השי"ת שתהי' שנת הצלחה לכאו"א מהם הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 15th of Tamuz. I was shocked that you did not mention even a single word about the days of redemption, the 12th and 13th of Tamuz. Surely you gathered together and at least were inspired at the time, so there is something to draw upon for the entire year. Was all the self-sacrifice in our previous country and all the revealed miracles that occurred until you arrived at your current place only so that you would be immersed in worry over how to obtain what is needed for your livelihood and that of your family, in such a way that there remains no room in your mind for any impression from celebrating the days of redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, our redemption and the redemption of our souls, after forty-eight hours have passed...
As you requested, all those you wrote about regarding their birthdays will be mentioned at the holy resting place (the Tziyun) of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal. Certainly each one observed birthday customs according to their situation. May Hashem grant that it be a year of success for each one of them both materially and spiritually.

Summary
