מ"ש אודות קישוריו עם האנשי חיל, לפלא שאינו מזכיר דבר ע"ד ימי העיון ובכלל צה"ל, ואם נצלו לתכלית זו הנסיעה לל"ג בעומר, וכן חג השבועות, וכן אם עושים בכגון דא לימי הגאולה י"ב י"ג תמוז. שמעלה מיוחדת, בנוגע להנ"ל, לימים אלו, שאין למי ענין של התחרות בענין ובמקום אחר. וכמו ששייך בפורים חנוכה ואפילו בי"ט כסלו.
נהניתי במ"ש אודות עבודת סניף נשי ובנות חב"ד. ולפלא שאין מחזקים ומעודדים אותן להרחיב פעולותיהן ומהן ואחת מהעיקריות - השפעה על האמהות של התלמידים-ות דבתי ספר הרשת.
בהנוגע לבית התפלה - שעבר לדירה פרטית, הנה אינו כותב הסיבות לזה. ובכ"א יש מקום לחשש, שזה ימנע איזה מהאנשים מלבקר באופן חפשי, משא"כ אם הי' במקום שאין משתייך לפרט. וכמובן.

After your longest silence, I received your letter from around Rosh Chodesh Geulat Nesi'einu. Even after the reasons you write, it is still unclear what benefit there is to this silence and even its cause.
Regarding what you wrote about your connections with the men of valor, it is surprising that you do not mention anything about the study days and in general about Tzahal, and whether the trip for Lag BaOmer was used for this purpose, as well as Shavuot, and whether such things are done on the days of redemption—Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tamuz. These days have a special advantage regarding the above: there is no issue of competition in this matter or elsewhere. This is similar to Purim, Chanukah, and even Yud-Tes Kislev.
I was pleased with what you wrote about the work of the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad branch. It is surprising that they are not being strengthened and encouraged to expand their activities—one of the main ones being influencing the mothers of students in the Reshet schools.
Regarding the synagogue that moved to a private residence—you do not write the reasons for this. In any case, there is room for concern that this will prevent some people from visiting freely, unlike if it were in a place not belonging to an individual. This is obvious.
