נעם לי לקבל מכתבן (שהתאחר בדרך הילוכו), בו כותבות ע"ד ארגון סניף בבני ברק, ומצורף לו פ"כ מאסיפותיהן. ויה"ר שכיון שכבר היתה ההתחלה שרק התחלות קשות, הנה מכאן ולהבא תתפתח העבודה בכל הכיוונים, ויראו פרי טוב בעמלן להחדיר רוח התורה והמצוה בחוגים הכי רחבים בקרוב החל וברחוק כלה, ובודאי ככל אשר יראו במוחש הריבוי בההצלחה גם זה יוסיף בהמרץ שלהן להגדיל העבודה ולהרבותה הן בכמות והן באיכות.
בודאי למותר להאריך על ההכרח להכין תכנית מיוחדת לימי הקיץ הדורשים שינוי באופן העבודה מתאים לשינוי סדר החיים בימי החופש והקיץ לגבי החדשים שלפניהם ושלאחריהם, וכמבואר ג"כ במכתבי כללי המוסגר בזה.

Blessings and peace to the Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Bnei Brak branch—may they live!
I was pleased to receive your letter (which was delayed in transit), in which you write about organizing the branch in Bnei Brak, with a report from your gatherings attached.
May it be His will that since the beginning has already taken place—and only beginnings are difficult—from now on the work will develop in all directions. You will see good fruit from your efforts to instill the spirit of Torah and mitzvah in ever-wider circles—starting with those nearby and eventually reaching those farther away. Surely, as you tangibly see increased success, this too will add to your enthusiasm to expand and enhance the work both quantitatively and qualitatively.
It is certainly unnecessary to elaborate on the necessity of preparing a special program for the summer months, which require a change in approach due to the different routine during vacation and summer compared to the preceding and following months—as is also explained in my general letter enclosed here.
