וינצלו כל זמן, זמניהם וכשרונותיהם והמרץ שלהם, בהפצת המעינות חוצה מתאים לרצון וכוונת כ"ק נשיאנו הק'.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתם בקדש, לעשות נקמת ה' במדין, וכמבואר בדרושים הנ"ל, שאחרי זה נכנסים לארץ ישראל ברוחניות (ארץ - שרצתה לעשות רצון קונה, ישראל - כי שרית עם אלקים ואנשים ותוכל), שהיא הכנה קרובה להתיישבות בארץ ישראל גם הגשמית, ע"י משיח צדקנו במהרה בימינו, בתוך כלל ישראל.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 22nd of Sivan, and may it be the will of Hashem that from now on the ruling of our Sages be fulfilled in you: Torah scholars increase peace in the world (see the introduction to Chavos Daas on Yoreh Deah regarding the precise wording "Torah scholar," which is well explained according to Chassidus about the effect of wisdom in the soul as it relates to service, including interpersonal matters, as is also clear from the discourses on "Chaltzu"—beginning with the discourse by our Alter Rebbe printed in Likutei Torah Parshas Mattos up to my father-in-law, our Rebbe and leader of our generation, in his addition to Kuntres Chaltzu 5659).
May they utilize all their time, opportunities, talents, and energy to spread the wellsprings outward according to the will and intention of our holy Rebbeim.
With blessings for success in your holy work—to carry out "the vengeance of Hashem against Midian," as explained in the above discourses: after this comes entry into Eretz Yisrael spiritually (Eretz—desiring to fulfill its Creator's will; Yisrael—because you have striven with G‑d and men and prevailed), which is a close preparation for actual settlement in Eretz Yisrael physically through our righteous Moshiach speedily in our days among all Israel.

And thank you for the good news about your Lag BaOmer activities, although it seems this opportunity was not fully utilized (...and if so—surely you will fulfill the instruction at the end of Igeres HaTeshuvah that from now on your work will be doubled and redoubled. Summary
The Rebbe teaches that increasing peace among Torah scholars and dedicating one's abilities to spreading Chassidus prepares us for both spiritual and physical redemption. Every opportunity should be fully utilized for this higher purpose.
