בהנוגע לשאלתו אודות החלקה והבנין אם יתעסקו בזה או לא.
הנה לפלא שכל אחד בפרט שואל, אף שכבר עניתי לכמה מאנ"ש ובקשתי לפרסם את הדבר, והוא, אשר ענין הכפר הוא ענין דרבים, שעי"ז בא גם הצלחת היחיד, וזכות רבוה"ק נשיאנו הק' זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מסייעת בזה, ולכן כל ענין שהולך בדרך עקלתון ובערמומית בזה, הוא מקום שחב לאחרים, ולכן מושלל הוא, ומזה מובן גם בהנוגע אליו שלדעתי צריך למסור החלקה והדירה לועד הכפר, כיון שבחדשים הבאים יעבוד בכרם חב"ד שלא בשטח מקום זה, ועצם הבטחון אשר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר עומד ומשמש במרום להשפיע המצטרך הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות לאנ"ש בכלל, והעובדים במוסדותיו לוקחים חלק בראש, ושאין לו לדאוג על זה, כי אם אויף וואס מען דארף עם (וכידוע הסיפור בחסיד של רבנו הזקן, ופתגם אדמו"ר הזקן, דו זאגסט אלץ וואס דו דארפסט, און אויף וואס דארפמען דיך זאגסטו ניט, וכשהחסיד הנ"ל שינה הנהגתו הנה חזר לעשירותו ועוד יותר), הנה גם בנדון דידי' יצליחו השי"ת בהרחבת הדעת פרנסה כדבעי, ומילוי תפקידו בהשגת התכלית, כפסק המשנה אני נבראתי לשמש את קוני, ומובן שמכמה טעמים ההקדם בכל זה ישובח, וכאמור במכתבי הקודם יסע בהקדם בשעה טובה ומוצלחת למקום עבודתו בקדש, ובזמן המתאים יבואו גם בני ביתו שליט"א לשם בריאים ושלמים.

Regarding your question about the plot and building—whether to get involved or not—it is surprising that each individual asks, even though I have already answered several of Anash and requested that the matter be publicized. The issue of the village is a communal matter; through this comes also individual success, and the merit of our holy Rebbes, our holy leader of blessed memory, supports this. Therefore, any matter approached in a roundabout or cunning way is an infringement on others and is thus forbidden.
From this it is also understood regarding your case: in my opinion, you should transfer the plot and residence to the village committee since in the coming months you will work in Keren Chabad outside this area. The very trust that the Previous Rebbe stands on high to provide what is needed—both materially and spiritually—for Anash in general, and those working in his institutions are at the forefront, means you need not worry about this except for what you truly need (as known from the story with a chassid of Rabbeinu HaZaken and his saying: "You always say what you need, but for what others need you do not speak; when that chassid changed his conduct he returned to wealth and even more").
So too in your case—may Hashem grant you expanded understanding, proper livelihood, fulfillment of your mission to achieve your purpose as stated in the Mishnah: "I was created to serve my Creator." It is clear for many reasons that acting promptly in all this is praiseworthy. As mentioned in my previous letter, travel promptly at an auspicious time to your sacred place of work; at the appropriate time your family will also come there healthy and whole.
