שלום וברכה!
... ובודאי למותר לעוררו אשר ככל שירבו ההורים בעניני תורה ומצות שאין סוף בזה, כי הרי התורה ארוכה מארץ מדה, והמצוה, רחבה מצותך מאד, הנה ירבה השי"ת בברכות[י]ו בהמצטרך לאדם ולב"ב, ובפרט למי שההשגחה פרטית נתנה לו רבנות בקדש (בישיבה) אשר אז גם בריוני דשבבותי'[1] תלוים בהרב, כמרז"ל, ועאכו"כ אלו שברצונם הטוב נשמעים לקולו, וכיון שאין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו, בודאי שמראש ניתנים לכאו"א הכחות הדרושים למילוי תפקידו בכלל ותפקיד כהנ"ל בפרט, והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טובות בכל זה.

... And certainly it is unnecessary to remind you that the more parents increase in matters of Torah and mitzvos—which are endless, as the Torah is longer than the earth and Your commandment is exceedingly broad—so too will Hashem increase His blessings for all that a person and his family need. Especially for one whom Divine Providence has granted a position of rabbinic leadership in holiness (in a yeshivah), since even the tough individuals of his neighborhood depend on the rabbi, as our Sages say. All the more so those who willingly listen to his voice. And since the Holy One, blessed be He, does not make unreasonable demands of His creations, surely from the outset each person is given the necessary strengths to fulfill his general mission and especially such a role as mentioned above. May Hashem grant him success to share good news in all this.
