במענה על מכתבו מד' שמות פ"נ. הנה אקראהו בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ויה"ר שימולא משאלות לבבו ולבב זוגתו שיחיו לטובה בהקדם וכמו שכותב במכתבו ועוד יותר מזה. כן ירחיב לו השי"ת בפרנסתו שתהי' במנוחה ובכבוד.
ומ"ש שאחד העובדים עמו הוא איש הפקר כו' וכו', צריך לדבר עמו בניחותא ולעורר נקודת היהדות אשר בו אשר כפי עצת חכמינו ז"ל על כל אחד מבני ישראל נאמר אני ישנה בגלותא ולבי ער להקב"ה לתורתו ולמצותיו, וכבר ידוע ביאור כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בזה שהחילוק בזה הוא אם הבאר מים חיים נמצא ע"פ הארץ בעומק מעט או בעומק יותר אבל ברור שנמצא הוא וכשיחפרו כדי הצורך יתגלה מן ההעלם אל הגילוי ואל הפועל, והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל.

In response to your letter from the 4th of Shemos with a pidyon nefesh. I will read it at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzukal lehe nbagam zya, and may it be His will that the desires of your heart and your wife's heart for good be fulfilled speedily, as you wrote in your letter and even more so. May Hashem also expand your livelihood so that it is with tranquility and honor.
Regarding what you wrote about one of your coworkers being a person who disregards boundaries, etc., you should speak to him gently and awaken the spark of Judaism within him. As our Sages advise, regarding every Jew it is said: Ani yeshenah b'galusa v'libi er leHakadosh Baruch Hu l'Toraso u'lmitzvosav ("I am asleep in exile but my heart is awake to the Holy One Blessed Be He, to His Torah and mitzvos"). It is well known how my father-in-law, the Rebbe, explained this: The only difference is whether the wellspring of living waters is found close to the surface or deeper down—but it is certainly there. When one digs sufficiently, it will be revealed from concealment into revelation and action. May Hashem grant you success to share good news in all the above.
