נהניתי במ"ש שממשיך עבודתו בקירוב הנוער לתורה וליהדות בכלל. ולפלא שאינו מזכיר דבר אודות השתתפותו בהעבודה הכי ענקית להגדיל את ישיבת... בכל האופנים האפשרים ובכל הענינים, אשר לכל לראש הוא להשתדל להגדיל כמות התלמידים הן אותם הלומדים כל היום או רק איזה שעות ביום ולהעלות חשיבות ענין הישיבה ועניני' שתעשה מרכז העיר לעניני יהדות על טהרת הקדש היינו שמתפללי ביהכ"נ דשם ילמדו שם שיעורים קבועים בכל יום וכו' וכו',
וע"פ פתגם רבותינו הק' אז ווי מ'שטעלט זיך אוועק אזוי גייט דאס איז נוגע ביותר וביותר אז די התחלה זאל זיין בהידור ובהתפשטות.
און זיכער שגם שורותי אלה המעטות תספיקנה לעורר בו ובכל אנ"ש ובכאו"א מהם ביחוד - כי ברשותו לפרסם את הנ"ל בתוככי אנ"ש - כחות הנעלמים ואפילו כחות היולים שיבואו בפועל בבנין עניני חב"ד במדינתם עתה עד יבא משיח צדקנו ויקבץ את נדחי ישראל מארבע כנפות הארץ ולא ילמדו עוד איש את רעהו כי כולם ידעו אותי וגו'.

I was pleased to hear that you continue your work in bringing youth closer to Torah and Judaism in general. It is surprising, however, that you do not mention anything about your participation in the greatest endeavor—to expand the yeshivah... in every possible way and in all matters. First and foremost, this means striving to increase the number of students—both those who study all day and those who study only a few hours daily—and to elevate the importance of the yeshivah and its activities so that it becomes the city's center for Judaism in purity. This includes ensuring that those who pray at the synagogue there also have regular daily classes, etc., etc.
And as our holy Rebbeim say: "Az vi m'shtelt zich avek azoi geit dos" (the way one positions oneself at the start is how it will go), it is especially important that the beginning be done with beauty and expansiveness.
Surely even these few lines will suffice to inspire you—and all of Anash, and each individual among them especially (for you are permitted to publicize this among Anash)—to reveal their hidden strengths, even their potential powers, so they will be actualized now in building Chabad activities in your country until Mashiach comes and gathers the dispersed of Israel from the four corners of the earth, when "no man will teach his fellow... for they will all know Me," etc.
I await good news soon and send blessings for a kesivah v'chasimah tovah.
