It appears that the young women are not sufficiently knowledgeable in the laws of family purity. Since Bnei Yisrael are modest, they do not always speak about this or especially ask questions. Therefore, it is most necessary to establish that one of the knowledgeable women should study with them the required laws until they know them well.
