... על כל אחד ואחד מאתנו, הן באה"ק ת"ו והן אלו שבחו"ל, לדעת האמת הברורה אשר השתתפותו אליבא דנפשי' בעניני כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר כמאז כן עתה, הנה כמו שבעת היותו בעלמא דין הי' כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר עומד ומשמש להשפיע להמשתתפים הם וב"ב בהמצטרך להם בגו"ר, הרי גם עתה, כמנהג רועי ישראל הנאמנים, עומד ומשמש במרום להשפיע להמשתתפים בעניניו להם וב"ב בגו"ר, ועוד יותר מבחייהו, כמובא בזהר ונתבאר באגה"ק לרבנו הזקן סי' כ"ז וביאורו, והשפעות אלו שהוא מעורר הנה אינן רק המשכורת בעד העבודה כרשום בצ'יק מהמוסד המתאים, אלא עיקרה היא בבני וחיי ובריאות הנכונה, ושהמזוני יהי' בברכה וכו'. והאריכות אך למותר.

...For each and every one of us, both in Eretz HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and those in the Diaspora, it is necessary to know the clear truth: that one's personal involvement in the matters of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe—just as it was then so it is now—is such that just as when he was in this world my revered father-in-law the Rebbe would stand and serve to bestow upon those involved with him and their families what they needed in abundance, so too now, following the practice of faithful shepherds of Israel, he stands and serves on high to bestow upon those involved with his matters and their families in abundance—and even more than during his lifetime—as brought in Zohar and explained in Igeres HaKodesh of our master the Alter Rebbe section 27 and its commentary. These influences that he arouses are not merely a salary for work as recorded on a check from an appropriate institution; rather their essence is children, life, proper health, and that sustenance should be with blessing etc. Further elaboration is unnecessary.
