I was pleased to receive your letter from the third of Chukas with the enclosed pan, which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.

I enjoyed reading in your letter that two additional minyanim are now saying Tehilim after davening according to the institution of my revered father-in-law, as divided for the days of the month.

May it be G‑d's will that all matters brought about by this recitation be fulfilled for those who uphold this practice among all Israel, as explained in my revered father-in-law's letters printed in the Tehilim booklet. Great is the merit of those who initiated and worked on this, for the merit of the many depends on them—to bring them increased blessing and success in all they need for themselves and their families, both materially and spiritually.

I await good news and joyful tidings regarding all of the above.
