Shalom u'Vrachah!
I received your two letters from the 5th of Sivan in due time. Regarding what you wrote about the Kashrut of the shmurah matzah you purchased and attached a certificate of kashrut: It is surprising that apparently the entire matter was misunderstood completely, for I did not speak at all about the kashrut of the shmurah matzah but rather about the matter of hiskashrut (spiritual connection), which depends on one's faith in our Nasi, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe.
It is already well known—the story of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—that during the imprisonment of Rabbeinu HaZaken he said that he had literally given up his life so as not to be separated from the Baal Shem Tov even for a short moment and even just in appearance (see at length in the printed letter in HaTamim vol. II p. 56).
And although who among us could even approach a thousandth part of Rabbeinu HaZaken's level, nevertheless—as explained in Tanya chapter 44—even a mere glimmer and trace from his great goodness and light shines upon all chassidim and Anash.
It is appropriate to conclude with what is stated at the end of chapter two in my revered father-in-law's letter (ibid.): If such attachment is required even for matters like these, then certainly regarding mikhla d’meheimnusa (food of faith) and mikhla d’asvasa (food of healing) on Leil Shimurim when G‑d Himself revealed Himself to every Jewish man and woman—how much more so!
I hope that at least now it is understood how irrelevant your comments about the kashrut of shmurah matzah are here, as well as your descriptions regarding how it came into your possession; any elaboration on this is unnecessary.
With blessing.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that spiritual connection and faith are paramount—technical details should not overshadow our bond with our leaders. True hiskashrut means focusing on inner attachment rather than externalities.
