Shalom u'Vrachah!
...And in these days after the receiving of the Torah, which is called the Torah of Life and the Torah of Eternity—one explanation being that it brings life even into worldly matters—may it be the will of Hashem that each one of us should see this in his own four cubits and those of his family, may they live. And may he see this also literally: that they should have a lively, healthy, joyful summer and ongoing health and happiness always.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Torah infuses vitality into every aspect of our lives. By connecting to Torah, we draw down blessings for health and joy both spiritually and physically for ourselves and our families.
