Your letter from 2/5 was received, in which you write about the places you have been until now and that this led to not keeping [the laws] etc.
It is absolutely necessary that from now on and onward, the laws of Taharas HaMishpachah be observed according to the requirements of our holy Torah—which is also a Torah of life, bringing vitality and joy to Jews in their homes. And at least to partially rectify what was not as it should have been, you should at least once a week give a few coins that will be used for maintaining a mikvah in one of the cities in our holy land (may it be rebuilt and established). Also, you should influence other women so that they will observe the holy commandment of Hakadosh Baruch Hu regarding Taharas HaMishpachah, which brings health and success.
