נעם לי לקבל פ"ש מכת"ר על ידי הרה"ג והרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצרכי ציבור באמונה וכו' וכו' מוהר"ר בן ציון שי' שם טוב שד"ר שכתב לי שיש לכת"ר קביעות עתים ללימוד דברי אלקים חיים היא תורת החסידות, פנימיות התורה.
ומכיון אשר פנימיות התורה, כלשון הזהר הקדוש, היא נשמתא דאורייתא, הנני בטוח אשר לימוד החסידות יביא וימשיך חיות גם בגופא דאורייתא הוא נגלה דאורייתא, ושניהם יחדיו יביאו חיות גם בגשמיות בבריות גופא, כיון שאצל בני ישראל הגשמיות והרוחניות יחד יהלכון.
ולקראת חג השבועות, זמן מתן תורתנו וקבלתה, הבע"ל, הנני להביע ברכתי, בנוסח כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.

I was pleased to receive regards from your honor through Haraha"g and Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m who is involved in communal needs with faith etc. etc. Moharar Ben Tzion Shem Tov, shadar, who wrote to me that your honor has set times for studying the words of the living G‑d — namely, the teachings of Chasidus, the inner dimension of Torah.
And since the inner dimension of Torah, as expressed in the language of the holy Zohar, is the neshamata d'Oraita (the soul of Torah), I am certain that learning Chasidus will bring and draw vitality also into gufah d'Oraita (the body of Torah), which is Nigleh d'Oraita (the revealed part), and both together will bring vitality even into physical matters in one's actual body, since for Bnei Yisrael materiality and spirituality go hand in hand.
And as we approach Shavuos — the time of the giving and receiving of our Torah — may it come upon us for good, I wish to express my blessing in the wording of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal: "To receive the Torah with joy and inwardness."
