מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מכ"ח אייר, וכבקשתו אזכירו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, בכלל ובהנוגע לחלישות שמזכיר במכתבו בפרט.
וימים אלו ימי הכנה למתן תורה וקבלתה שנעשו אז כל ישראל בריאים גם בפשטות בגשמיות כמסופר בשמו"ר הרי ידוע המבואר בחסידות שכל ההמשכות חוזרים ונעורים בכל שנה ושנה, וכמ"ש והימים האלה נזכרים (ואז הם גם) ונעשים, הנה יצליחו השי"ת לבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 28th of Iyar, and as you requested, I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, both in general and specifically regarding the weakness you mentioned in your letter.
These days are days of preparation for Matan Torah and its acceptance, when all Israel became healthy—even physically and literally—as recounted in Shemos Rabbah. It is well known as explained in Chassidus that all these Divine influences are renewed every year, as it is written: "VeHayamim HaEileh Nizkarim (and these days are remembered) (and then they are also) VeNaasim (and become actualized)." May Hashem grant you success to share good news regarding all the above.

P.S. Please publicize regarding studying the Previous Rebbe’s discourses during the upcoming Shavuos holiday; my suggestion is to study his Shavuos 5704 discourses which are available in copy form and are now being printed.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that just as all Jews were healed before Matan Torah, this spiritual renewal recurs each year. He encourages learning Chassidus during Shavuos to draw down these blessings in our lives today.
