Blessings and greetings!
After a long interruption I was pleased to receive your letter, although I am not pleased with its content, because I see—you are worrying about the health of your children, and you end your writing with the question: what can you do besides cry and lament.
First of all, one must stop crying etc., as is the frequent demand of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in the name of the great leaders of Israel from previous generations: that it must be "Ivdu es Hashem b'Simchah" (serve Hashem with joy). And it is explained in the Zohar HaKadosh that when one is joyful and strong in trust, this itself is a segulah (spiritual remedy) that from Above they grant more and more reasons to be happy and satisfied—both regarding oneself and regarding the entire family.
And especially in your case, since your children have merited to learn in an institution for which my father-in-law, the Rebbe, devoted his very life—this alone is already a sure thing: for your children this is the path to be healthy and happy both materially and spiritually.
And you should not pressure your husband so much to move immediately. In due time this too will come; one must wait for an auspicious hour.
And regarding your question—what can you do? As stated above: bring joy into the home and continue your work spreading Yiddishkeit among your friends. This will hasten and increase blessing and success also in your personal matters.
Enclosed is a copy of my general letter connected to the days of Purim; surely you will utilize it in your above-mentioned work.
With wishes for much nachas from your children—Jewish chassidic nachas—and to receive this with health and happiness.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that serving Hashem with joy and trust brings blessings for one's family. Instead of despairing over challenges like children's health, focus on spreading Yiddishkeit and maintaining happiness at home to draw down success from Above.
