Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the fourth of Pekudei: You should divert your mind from the obstacles you wrote about as much as possible, increase your involvement in the letters of Torah and prayer, strive to serve Hashem with joy, and influence your friends to draw them even closer to the Torah of Hashem and His service with Ahavas Yisrael.
It is understood that for all this one needs a healthy body that does not disturb the service of Hashem, as stated in Rambam Hilchos Yesodei HaTorah at the end of chapter 3 and beginning of chapter 4. In order for this service to be proper, it is essential to study the inner dimension of Torah—this is the study of Chassidus.
It is also understood that in all these matters the order is as the verse says: "Me'at me'at agarsheinu" ("Little by little I will drive them out"). This is especially true when dealing with negative habits that have become ingrained over time; one must pray that they diminish and are nullified gradually at least. May Hashem grant you success to share good news in all these matters.
With blessing.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that overcoming obstacles requires focusing on Torah study, joyful service of Hashem, positive influence on others, gradual self-improvement, and maintaining physical health—all supported by learning Chassidus.
