Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter regarding the fact that various inappropriate and also negative thoughts come to you and you do not know from where this comes, etc.
First of all, you should stop obsessing about yourself and your thoughts, and conduct your daily life according to the demands of our holy Torah. Rely on Hashem Yisbarach, Who is the essence of good, that He—blessed is He—will lead you in the best way for you both materially and spiritually.
According to your request: When I am at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, I will mention you for good health. However, you need to have your tefillin checked as well as the mezuzos in your home to ensure they are all kosher.
And say after davening every day in the morning a portion of Tehillim (at least as Tehillim is divided according to the days of the month), and if possible also give a few cents each day before davening into a tzedakah pushka. May Hashem help you that very soon, with proper health, you will be able to strengthen Yiddishkeit in your entire environment.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that overcoming negative thoughts involves focusing less on oneself, living by Torah values, trusting in Hashem's goodness, ensuring one's tefillin and mezuzos are kosher, saying daily Tehillim, giving tzedakah before prayer, and working to strengthen Yiddishkeit around you.
