With pleasure I received your letter from the 2nd of Tetzaveh, in which you write main points about what you have experienced and your good activities in your current place, especially regarding kosher education. This is one of the main matters everywhere and at all times, and especially in our time—a doubled and redoubled darkness—when the words of the prophet are fully realized: 'Woe to those who say evil is good and good is evil' (Yeshayahu 5:20). This is a matter of saving lives—not only to bring them to life in the World to Come but also to preserve them in this world—as is clearly seen from the rampant lawlessness and immorality, etc., etc., and it is not permitted to elaborate on their faults.

May Hashem grant success to all those participating in this greatest endeavor mentioned above, to see good fruit from their efforts and to expand their reach with students—boys and girls—who produce fruit through Torah study and observance of mitzvos with excellence. In turn, this naturally brings additional blessing and success also in their personal matters, both materially and spiritually.
