בייגעלייגט איז דא מיינער א מכתב כללי וואס איך האף אז ער וועט אייך בריינגען נוצען אין דער ארבעט און השי"ת זאל מצליח זיין יעדע איינער פון אייך אין די אויבענדערמאנטע עסקנות און אין אירע ענינים הפרטים.

Although with some delay, I confirm receipt of the letter written by Mrs. Chava Dubov from the 25th of Teves with the attached reports of the meetings up to now. I hope that going forward you will not only continue your work as until now but will also expand it. We have the assurance from our Sages that "Ein lecha davar ha'omed bifnei haratzon veyagata umatzata" (There is nothing that stands before willpower; if you toil you will find).
I was especially pleased to see in your reports that part of your studies are in the laws and customs of Israel — for even a custom of Israel is Torah — and hopefully you give priority to those laws that are most relevant and encountered in daily life. Naturally this also applies to matters connected with good character traits. As is well known from Rabbi Akiva's saying: "Ve'ahavta l'reiacha kamocha zeh klal gadol baTorah" (Love your fellow as yourself — this is a great principle in Torah).
Enclosed is my general letter which I hope will be useful to you in your work. May Hashem grant success to each one of you in the above-mentioned activities and in your personal matters.
