במענה על שאלתם, דעם סדר וואס כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע האט געזאגט אז מען זאל ניט מפרסם זיין ביז מען גייט אריין אין דעם פינפטען חדש, איז דאס געמיינט נאר וועגען פרסום, אבער זעלבסט פארשטענדלעך אז דעם דאקטאר דארפמען דערציילען און קרובים און גוטע פריינד מעג מען דערציילען, און איז אויך זעלבסט פארשטענדלעך אז מען דארף אויספאלגען די אנווייזונגען פון דעם דאקטאר און אויך בעטען דעם דאקטאר, חאטש ער וועט אליין פון זיך טאן, אז אויב ער וויל אונטערזוכען, זאל ער נאר אונטערזוכען פון די דרויסען אבער ניט אינווייניג וואס דאס איז ניט אויף אזויפיל נויטיג לידיעה ווי צו אויפפירען זיך נאר צו זיין זיכער אין דער לאגע, און דעריבער אויב מען קען נאר אויסמיידען אזא אונטערזוכונג וואלט געווען כדאי צו אויסמיידען.

Your letter from the 4th of Mishpatim was received. May Hashem help that you will continue to share good news both regarding communal activities and personally. Most importantly, may Hashem fulfill the desires of your heart for good in children, life, and abundant sustenance.
In response to your question: Regarding the instruction from my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal that one should not publicize until entering the fifth month—this refers only to public announcement. However, it is self-understood that one must inform the doctor, and it is permissible to tell close relatives and good friends. It is also self-understood that you must follow the doctor's instructions and also ask the doctor—even though he will likely do so himself—that if he wants to conduct an examination, he should only examine externally and not internally. This is not as necessary for knowing how to conduct oneself but only to be certain of the situation; therefore, if such an examination can be avoided it would be worthwhile to avoid it.
It would also be appropriate to check again the mezuzos in your home. I await hearing good news from you.
