Since your occupation is in sacred work, serving as shamash in the synagogue, you have surely heard the saying that my father-in-law, the Rebbe, conveyed in the name of the Rebbe tzt"z, who said to someone: "Kara laShamesh v'Yizrach Or, Kara laShamesh v'Yizrach Or" (He called to the shamash and light shone forth). The idea of a shamash is that he must see to it that the synagogue is illuminated—by ensuring it is open for many hours each day and that public Torah study sessions and communal recitation of Tehillim take place there. May Hashem help you carry this out without obstacles, and may this serve as a conduit for blessing and success in your personal matters.
