...ובפרט בימים אלו שקודם ההילולא שהוא יום סגולה לכל ההולכים בעקבותיו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מחזיקים בדרכיו והנהגותיו ומחזיקים את המוסדות שיסד ונהג שצ"ל בהם מעלין בקדש בהתפשטות והתרחבות, אשר נעלה מכל ספק שתהי' ידם על העליונה וכפתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר האמצעי (הועתק בס' קיצורים [והערות] לתניא סוף עמוד קכב) אשר פסקו בבי"ד של מעלה אשר בכל ענין של תורה יר"ש ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה, והשי"ת יזכם ויצליחם לראות את זה במוחש וגם בעיני בשר בהקדם האפשרי...

...And especially in these days preceding the hilulah, which is an auspicious time for all who follow in the footsteps of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory—those who uphold his paths and conduct, and support the institutions he founded and led. Surely, regarding them it is said: "In matters of holiness one must always ascend," with expansion and broadening. It is beyond any doubt that their efforts will be successful and they will prevail. As stated by the Mitteler Rebbe (quoted in Sefer Kitzurim [and Notes] to Tanya at the end of page 122), it was decreed in the Heavenly Court that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits, those connected to him and following his path will have the upper hand. May Hashem grant them merit and success to see this tangibly—even with their physical eyes—as soon as possible...
Summary
Before a yahrzeit, strengthening one's connection to the Rebbe's teachings and supporting his institutions brings blessings and success. The Rebbe teaches that those who follow this path will see clear results both spiritually and physically.
