בכלל אין להתפעל מזה שנפגש עם קישויים בהבנין, ורק צריך הי' ליתן יותר מעט עכ"פ ממעשר מהוצאות הבנין לעניני הצדקות של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וכאשר עושה תשלום על הבנין ליתן מכל תשלום כנ"ל לקופה של צדקה זו, וכאשר לוקח את השי"ת לשותף יקבל ממנו ועוד יותר מענין השותפות לבד.

In general, one should not be discouraged when encountering difficulties in the building process. Rather, it would have been appropriate to give at least a little more than a tenth (maaser) of the building expenses to the charitable causes of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal l'havdil ben chayim l'chayim zechuso yagen aleinu. When making payments for the building, from each payment as above, give to this charity fund. When you take Hashem as your partner, you will receive from Him even more than what a partnership alone would bring.
