In response to your letter from the 25th of Tammuz, in which you write about the idea to arrange a continuation of classes for Yeshivas Achei Temimim in your camp, in addition to those currently existing. According to your estimation, this could encourage some students in higher classes to continue their studies at the yeshiva in the future. You ask if it would be possible to send six or seven students from here with a Rosh Yeshiva to your camp to supervise these students.

Certainly, adding higher classes is very much correct (see Likkutei Torah Shelach 38c). Regarding sending students from here, this needs to be discussed with the administration of the yeshiva here. However, there seem to be several difficulties with this matter. Most importantly, it appears that the parents of those mentioned would not need to agree since this is contrary to usual practice—typically, one travels from a small city to a large city and from a smaller yeshiva to a larger one, not the reverse.

You surely also remember the previous attempt in ... similar fashion that did not succeed, even though not all conditions were identical. However, if you would instead strengthen and encourage the local boys and young men in your city—which seems much easier—I am certainly not ruling out your suggestion entirely; as above, discuss it with the yeshiva administration.
