In response to your letter regarding your birthday on the second day of the upcoming Shavuos holiday: Surely you will follow the well-known custom in this matter—to recite Tehillim, to study a maamar of Chassidus and repeat it by heart in public either on that day or on the following Shabbos, and to give tzedakah on the eve of the holiday before Shacharis and Minchah prayers. May Hashem grant you success to be G‑d-fearing, a chassid, a scholar, and to achieve both material and spiritual advancement together.
