הנה בטח יעלה לתורה בש"ק הבע"ל, וביום ההולדת עצמו יתן לצדקה קודם התפלה בבקר ולעת מנחה, וכן ככתוב בהיום יום - י"א ניסן - יתבודד לשעה וילמוד מאמר חסידות במקום שלבו חפץ, אבל אדעתי' דנפשיה. ומה טוב אשר בש"ק שלאחר זה יחזור את המאמר כולו או עכ"פ חלק ממנו, בחבורה. ויתן השי"ת שיהי' לאריכות ימים ושנים טובות ובעלי' בתורת הנגלה והחסידות ובקרוב ממש ימצא זיווגו הטוב לפניו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

In response to your notification about your birthday. Surely you will have an aliyah to the Torah on the upcoming Shabbos, and on the birthday itself you should give charity before prayer in the morning and at Minchah. Also, as written in Hayom Yom—11 Nissan—you should spend an hour in seclusion and study a Chassidic discourse in a place your heart desires; but according to your own understanding. It is also good that on the following Shabbos you review the entire discourse or at least part of it with a group.
May Hashem grant that you have long days and good years and ascend in both revealed Torah and Chassidus. And very soon may you find your proper match both materially and spiritually together.
