Your letter from this past Erev Shabbat has just been received. It is surprising that you did not confirm receipt of my letter with the Pesach blessing; perhaps it was delayed on its way.

Regarding what you asked: A) Concerning the cataract surgery that the doctors are urging to perform, you write "the doctors" in plural—so certainly at least two specialists are involved. Therefore, there is no reason to worry—overthink—since such surgeries have become very routine, and the necessary precautions are well known. From this it is also understood that, apparently, there is no reason to travel to another country for this, for several reasons. As for which doctor to choose: I heard a story from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, that at the circumcision of one of the tzt"z's grandsons during his lifetime, they asked the tzt"z which mohel to choose—an elder who knows all the intentions or a younger one who is simply proficient. The tzt"z answered: take the younger one, because what matters most is proficiency in practice (bepom). May Hashem send His word and heal through a certain doctor for a complete recovery...

D) Regarding your mention that one of Anash should sit and copy from the bichelech ^[1], some time ago when I learned about these bichelech I asked Anash that if it is possible to clarify their content they should work on this and prepare indexes. Perhaps this is what you meant.
