After the longest break, your letter from the 4th of Shevat was received, in which you inform that you will soon send a photograph of three letters from the Rebbe (the Rebbe Rashab) of blessed memory, and that you have already sent a photograph of another letter. Many thanks for your efforts in this matter. Apparently, this is a continuation of the letter I sent through you to the son of Rabbi Cohen, and surely you will continue to strive in such matters as well.

It is surprising that during all this time not a single excerpt has been received from what was printed regarding Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh, even though according to my last letter this task was assigned to you—to collect the excerpts and send them here. Is it really possible that for several months not even once was anything printed regarding the teachings of Chabad Chassidus and its matters?

You also do not write about progress in editing Beis Rebbe in Hebrew with a corrected and expanded edition (meaning to include what is found in the talks of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, regarding the Alter Rebbe). Similarly, over time also regarding the Mitteler Rebbe, etc. For, G‑d willing, if the trial succeeds with editing Beis Rebbe concerning the Alter Rebbe, I intend to consider also a Beis Rebbe regarding the leaders after the Alter Rebbe.

These days Beis Rebbe was printed here in Yiddish, and surely you know that it contains stories not included in Beis Rebbe in Hebrew. Surely Beis Rebbe in Yiddish is also available in Eretz HaKodesh and you can see it and include those stories as well into the corrected Beis Rebbe you are preparing.

This letter was delayed and your letter from the 11th with its enclosures was received. Many thanks for the photographs and especially for the good news about their activities in the new neighborhood near Lod. Surely now they will strengthen their efforts to continue this matter—after "the plowing and sowing," so that they will also reap and gather both grain and fruit—and may Hashem bless them with success in all this.
