In response to your letter, in which you write that doctors believe you need an operation and you request a blessing: Surely you are fulfilling the Jewish custom of giving charity in the pushka of Rabbeinu Meir Baal HaNes before lighting candles.
Presumably the doctors you have seen are specialists, and this is the opinion of at least two of them. If this is so, may the Alm-ghty help that the operation should proceed successfully, and that you will be able to report good news—that you have been blessed with living and enduring offspring.
