במענה על מכתבו מיום יו"ד מנחם אב, הנני מאשר בתודה קבלת שיחת חג הפסח תרצ"ג שני חלקים, ובטח, כהבטחתו, ישלח גם שאר החוברות שהדפיסו שם.
ת"ח על הפ"ש בקצור מאנ"ש שיחיו הנמצאים במחנו, ובודאי יש להם קביעת עתים בתורת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ לעצמם, ובלי ספק משתדלים לספח אל השיעורים גם את אלה מבני ישראל אשר לע"ע עדיין אינם מאנ"ש. וכידוע פתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר (רש"ב) נ"ע, אשר תמימים זיינען אורות להאיר. וכיון שהמקום הביא אותם למקום שלפי ערך פטורים שם מדאגת הפרנסה ונמצאים בסביבה של כמה מאחינו בני ישראל, ומצד הזמן - ימי עקבתא דמשיחא שההכנה לבואו דורשת הכנה של ויפוצו מעינותיך חוצה, חוצה דוקא, הרי כל רגע ורגע יקר הוא במאד, וצריך להרחיב הכלים לביאת המשיח שזהו הפצת המעינות (כמבואר בארוכה בשיחת שמח"ת תר"ץ), וכפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ באחת משיחותיו, אז בזמן הגאולה וועט מען זיך כאפן פאר'ן קאפ, געוואלד ערשט אין זמן הגלות האט מען געקענט אזויפיל אויפטאן!

In response to your letter from the 10th of Menachem Av, I hereby gratefully acknowledge receipt of the Pesach 5693 discourse in two parts, and surely, as you promised, you will also send the other booklets that were printed there.
Thank you for the brief regards from Anash who are in our camp. Certainly, they have fixed times for studying the Torah of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, for themselves. Undoubtedly, they also strive to bring into these study sessions those among Bnei Yisrael who are not yet part of Anash.
As is known from the saying of my revered ancestor, the Rebbe Rashab n"a: Temimim are lights to illuminate. Since Providence has brought them to a place where, relatively speaking, they are free from concern for livelihood and find themselves among many of our fellow Jews—and considering that these are days of Ikvesa d'Meshicha (the footsteps before Moshiach), when preparing for his coming requires spreading the wellsprings outward—every moment is exceedingly precious. We must broaden our vessels for Moshiach's arrival; this is accomplished through spreading the wellsprings (as explained at length in the Simchas Torah 5690 discourse).
As my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m said in one of his talks: At the time of redemption one will grasp their head and exclaim—Oh! Only during exile was it possible to accomplish so much!
