במענה על מכתבו מיום ז' מנחם אב, שמחתי לשמוע כי עסק הנפנה מתנהג בכי טוב כמקדם. ובודאי נשען על הכתוב באגה"ק סי"ד אשר בכל יום ויום נמשך אור חדש עליון יותר שלא הי' מאיר עדיין מימי עולם (מובן שם שאין זה רק בראש השנה אלא גם בכל יום ויום), הנה גם בענין נפנה שזהו ענין ההתקשרות לאילנא דחיי בכל נר"ן וח"י וגוף ונפש בהמית כמובן ממה שנתבאר בתניא ובאגה"ק במעלת מצות הצדקה, שנקראת מצוה סתם, בטח ישתדל שיהי' באופן זה, היינו שיהי' לא רק טוב כמקדם, אלא הולך וטוב בתוספות עליון יותר.
רשימת נפנה מתמוז נתקבלה, ובטח כבר נשלח לו הקבלות שביקש.
רשימות מל"ח ומחנה עדיין לא נתקבלו, כן חסר עדיין האישור מהרה"ח והרה"ג וכו' הרב"ג שי' על דבר הבפועל ממש.

In response to your letter from the 7th of Menachem Av, I was glad to hear that the Nifneh project is progressing well as before. Surely it is based on what is written in Iggeres HaKodesh section 14, that every single day a new higher light is drawn down which has never shone since the beginning of time (it is explained there that this applies not only on Rosh Hashanah but every day). Thus, also regarding Nifneh—which is about connecting to the Tree of Life with all levels of soul and body, as explained in Tanya and Iggeres HaKodesh regarding the greatness of the mitzvah of tzedakah, which is called simply "the mitzvah"—certainly you will strive for it to be not just as good as before but ever-increasing in superior ways.
The Nifneh list from Tammuz has been received, and surely you have already been sent the receipts you requested. The Melach and Machaneh lists have not yet been received; likewise, approval from Haraha"ch and Haraha"g etc. Harav Binyamin Gorodetzky regarding actual implementation is still missing.
I sign with blessings for all the group for success in their holy work to connect Anash with their Rebbe—the Previous Rebbe—both materially and spiritually. Awaiting good news.
