זיכער ווייסט איר, אז ברכת כהנים איז פארבונדן מיט פתרון חלומות לטובה, וואס דערפאר זאגט מען דעם רבונו של עולם כו' בא ברכת כהנים, עאכו"כ א חלום וואס א כהן אליין חלום'ט.
בא דער געלגענהייט, וויל איך אייך דערמאנען אן איבעריקן מאל וועגן דער גרויסער נויטווענדיקייט, און דריגענדקייט צו באוועגן אונזערע פריינד בכלל, און ידידנו מר סטולמאן שי' בפרט, צו טאן א ממש'דיקע זאך פאר דעם "מרכז לעניני חינוך", וואס די לאגע ווערט פון טאג צו טאג קריטישער, און דאך מוז מען אנגיין מיט דער ארבעט אין איר פולן פארנעם, וואס דאס איז דער רצון און חפץ פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, ווי עס איז אייך פערזענליך גוט באקאנט.
איך וויל אייך בא דער געלעגנהייט מבשר זיין א בשורה טובה, אז לויט די אנווייזונגען פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ פאר זיין הסתלקות, האבן מיר בעזר השי"ת יעצט אנגעהויבן מיט א וויכטיקע חינוך טעטיקייט אין מארסיי, פראנקרייך, וואו עס געפינען זיך גרויסע קינדער לאגערן פון דער יוגנט אימיגראציע פון צפון אפריקא קיין ארץ ישראל. די ארבעט נעמט ארום פארשידענע אקטיוויטעטן צו פארשטארקן אידישקייט און חינוך הכשר און באזארגן זיי מיט פארשידענע הצטרכות'ן ווי תפילין, ציצית, ספרי לימוד וכו'. אין דער נאענטער צוקונפט האפן מיר אויסצושפרייטן די ארבעט דירעקט אין די נארד אפריקאנישע לענדער, פון וואנעט די קינדער קומען יעצט אין די לאגערן.
במילא קענט איר זיין זיכער, אז דאס וואס איר האט געזאגט דעם רבי'ן הכ"מ "זינט איר זייט אוועק האט מען שוין עפעס אויפגעטאן" איז טאקע דער אמת.
יעצט ערווארט איך צו הערן פון אייך גוטע נייעס בהקדם.

I am returning the list you sent me (with an extra copy in case you can use it), and I thank you again.
You surely know that Birkat Kohanim is connected with interpreting dreams for good, which is why we say the "Ribbono Shel Olam..." prayer during Birkat Kohanim. All the more so regarding a dream that a Kohen himself dreams.
On this occasion, I want to remind you once again about the great necessity and urgency to motivate our friends in general—and especially our friend Mr. Stuhlman—to do something substantial for "Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch." The situation is becoming more critical day by day, yet the work must continue in its full scope, as this is the will and desire of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, as you personally know well.
I also want to share good news: according to the instructions of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m before his passing, with G‑d's help we have now begun important educational activities in Marseille, France. There are large youth immigration camps there from North Africa on their way to Eretz Yisrael. The work includes various activities to strengthen Judaism and proper education and to provide them with various necessities such as tefillin, tzitzit, study books, etc.
In the near future we hope to expand this work directly into the North African countries from which these children are now coming to the camps.
Therefore you can be sure that what you told the Rebbe hk"m—"since you left something has already been accomplished"—is indeed true.
I now look forward to hearing good news from you soon.
