קבלתי מכתב מהוו"ח אי"א וכו' וכו' ר' מיכאל שי' ליפסקאר המודיע כי מוכן הוא למלא רצונו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ ולהתחיל בעבודתו בעניני החינוך באפריקא.
ומוסג"פ העתק המענה שלי אליו. בטח יפנה עתה לכת"ר ונא להתדבר אתו בפרטיות, מתאים להראשי פרקים שדברנו פה, ולהשתדל אשר בהקדם יתחילו בעבודה ממשית.
הטלגר' ע"ד דלית, כנראה מזוזות גדולות נתקבלה אבל האיש עדיין לא בא.

I received a letter from Havavac"h iy"a etc. etc. Reb Michael Lipskar, informing me that he is ready to fulfill the wish of the Previous Rebbe, of blessed memory, and begin his work in matters of chinuch (Jewish education) in Africa. Enclosed is a copy of my response to him.
He will surely now turn to your honor, and please speak with him privately according to the main points we discussed here, and make every effort that the actual work should begin as soon as possible.
The telegram regarding Delite—apparently large mezuzot—was received, but the person has not yet arrived.
