I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the second of Tetzaveh, with your agreement to begin your work in matters of chinuch (Jewish education) in North Africa, as was the wish of my father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe, hk"m. Accordingly, please immediately coordinate with Haraha"ch and Haraha"g vavaha"ch etc. Harab"g—and I am also writing to him on this matter—and begin practical work as soon as possible. For according to reports from North Africa, every day that passes without action is a loss.

See Kuntres Purim enclosed herewith, chapter 11, where my father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe hk"m writes: "The king who is chosen by the people and greater than them... and for victory over the adversary he expends all treasures... gathered... generation after generation... and even more so that he throws aside his own life... risking his life... opens up the treasures... and the intent is that it is the men of valor who actually bring about victory."

This gives us all a hint and explanation of what occurred—a general instruction on which path we must take—and a straightforward assurance that for each one of us "the treasures of precious wealth gathered and amassed over many years from generation to generation have been opened," because we are "the men of valor who actually bring about victory."

The above needs no explanation because it is obvious; when one truly grasps this, then one will take it with the power of vision—as explained in chapter 14 of the sichah—then he will confidently go to his holy work and it will be successful and aligned with the desire and will of my father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe hk"m.
