אזוי ווי מיר האבן דעם פרינטער נאך פאר שבועות צוגעזאגט צו געבן געלט, פירן מיר מיט אים אונטערהאנדלונגען ער זאל צו ווארטן, אויפ'ן סמך פון אייער צוזאג אז במשך פון 10 טעג וועל איך האבן פון אייך א בשורה טובה. איך בין זיכער אז איר וועט מיט דעם אויבערשטנס הילף האלטן אייער צוזאג, כדי די ארבעט זאל חלילה ניט דארפן אפגעשטעלט ווערן אין מיטן.
ס'איז איבעריק צו דערמאנען דעם מאמר חז"ל (תענית ט, א) - עשר תעשר, עשר בשביל שתתעשר. דאס הייסט, אז ווען א איד גיט צדקה איז דאס א מקור אויף און א כלי צו פרנסה. דאס זעט איר דאך בפירוש, בפרט די לעצטע צייט, אז כ"ק מו"ח דער רבי שליט"א שאפט אייך צו ענינים פון פרנסה, און ניט בלויז דאס, נאר אויך די גוטע כלי מיט וואס דאס צוצונעמען, וואס דאס איז די זאך פון צדקה, לויט'ן אויבנדערמאנטן מאמר רז"ל. במילא איז מיר א גרויסער וואונדער וואס איר ציט אפ די גוטע זאך. און אזוי ווי איר זייט א סוחר און פארשטייט א גוטן עסק, דארף איך ניט מאריך זיין.
איך האף אז איר און אלע אייערע יחיו געפינען זיך אין בעסטן געזונד, און דער אויבערשטער זאל געבן איר זאלט זוכה זיין, אז די ברכות פון רבי'ן שליט"א זאלן מקויים ווערן. מיט גרוס וברכת כט"ס

Shalom u'Vrachah!
According to our telephone conversation last night, we have today temporarily stopped the check at your request. Since we had already promised the printer weeks ago to give money, we are negotiating with him to wait, relying on your assurance that within ten days I will receive good news from you.
I am certain that with the help of the Alm-ghty you will keep your promise so that the work will not, G‑d forbid, have to be stopped in the middle.
It is unnecessary to remind you of the saying of our Sages (Taanis 9a): 'Aser Te'aser — Aser Bishvil Shetitasher' (Tithe you shall surely tithe — tithe so that you may become wealthy). This means that when a Jew gives tzedakah it is both a source and a vessel for sustenance.
You see this clearly yourself, especially recently, how my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita brings you matters of livelihood. And not only that — also good vessels with which to receive it; this is the matter of tzedakah according to the above-mentioned teaching of our Sages.
Therefore I am greatly surprised that you hesitate regarding this good thing. And since you are a businessman and understand a good deal, I need not elaborate.
I hope that you and all yours are in best health and may the Alm-ghty grant that you merit for the blessings of the Rebbe shlita to be fulfilled.
Summary
