געוויס האט איר צייטיג ערהאלטען די שמועסן, וואס מ'האט אייך ארויסגעשיקט לויט אייער באשטעלונג זייענדיג דא, און האט זיך אויך משתדל געווען אז זיי זאלן אנקומען אין די נויטיגע ערטער,
ווי גרויס איז די זאך פון מזכה זיין את הרבים, איז זיכער איבעריג צו מאריך זיין אין דעם, און דער פאר האפען מיר אז אויך אין דעם צוקונפט וועט איר טאן אויף דעם געביט, און צוביסלייך פארברייטערן די ארבעט צוציענדיג נאך מענשן וואס זאלן אייך העלפן אין דעם.
איך האב געהערט פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א, אז דער אלטער רבי האט אמאל געזאגט: תורה איז ג-טליך און רוחניות און די ערשטע מצוה צו געשריבן ווערן אין דער תורה איז מצות פרי' ורבי'? נאר וואס דען! די תורה איז דרכי' - און דער סדר אין איר - דרכי נועם, די מצוה ראשונה איז: א איד דארף וועלן עס זאל זיין נאך א איד, עכ"ל.

Certainly you received on time the talks that were sent to you according to your order while you were here, and efforts were made that they should also reach the necessary places. How great is the matter of bringing merit to the many; it is surely unnecessary to elaborate on this. Therefore, we hope that also in the future you will act in this area and gradually expand the work by drawing in more people who will help you in this.
I heard from my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, that the Alter Rebbe once said: Torah is G‑dly and spiritual, and the first mitzvah written in the Torah is the mitzvah of being fruitful and multiplying. But what does this mean? The Torah's ways—and its order—are ways of pleasantness; thus, its first mitzvah is: a Jew must want there to be another Jew. End quote.
With wishes for a joyous festival and receiving the Torah inwardly, and with blessings for immediate teshuvah and immediate redemption.
