א קאפ אויף וועלכער מען לייגט תפילין טראכט ווי א איד, די הארץ לעבן וועלכער עס ליגן תפילין פילט ווי א אידיש הארץ, און א האנט וועלכע איז געבונדען דורך תפילין, - איז ווייט פון שלעכטע מעשים, נאר טוט שטענדיק מעשים טובים.
תורה און מצות איז אונזער לעבן, אייער לייגן תפילין איז א גליק, פאר אייך און פאר אייער פאמיליע, עס איז א טובה פאר אונזער גאנצער פאלק און שוץ פאר דער לאנד אין וועלכער מיר געפינען זיך.
מצוה גוררת מצוה, פון איין מצוה קומט מען צו, צו א צווייטער א. א. וו.
מיר ווינטשן אייך איר זאלט שטייגן אלץ מער און מער, גייסטיק, און איר זאלט זיין געזונט און באגליקן אויך מאטעריעל.

Our very esteemed friend Haraha"g Reb Moshe Yitzchak sheyichyeh Hecht has enthusiastically informed us about your decision to put on tefillin every weekday. From the depths of our hearts and with a feeling of Ahavas Yisrael, we greet you in your important step.
A head upon which tefillin is placed thinks like a Jew; the heart opposite which tefillin rests feels like a Jewish heart; and a hand bound by tefillin is far from bad deeds and only does good deeds. Torah and mitzvos are our life; your putting on tefillin is a joy for you and your family, it is a benefit for our entire people and a protection for the country in which we find ourselves.
One mitzvah leads to another; from one mitzvah, one comes to another, etc. We wish you to continue growing more and more spiritually, and that you should be healthy and successful materially as well.
