די ארבעט אין צפון אפריקע, וועלכע האט זיך אנגעהויבן דורך דער איניציאטיוו פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע קורץ פאר זיין הסתלקות, האט זיך ב"ה אנטוויקלט און אויסגעשפרייט, און מען קען זען די ג-טליכע הצלחה וואס באגלייט זי אין איר שווערן וועג. אין דעם לעצטן באריכט וואס איך האב באקומען פון דארט, ווערט געגעבן א רשימה פון 52 מוסדות וועלכע זיינען שוין ב"ה אויפגעשטעלט געווארן אין פארשידענע שטעט און שטעטלעך, און אפילו די פארווארפנסטע דערפער, אין מאראקא. אין דעם דאזיקער ברייטער נעץ פון מוסדות חינוך - וועלכע טראגט דעם נאמען אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש, אויפן נאמען פון דעם גרויסן גרינדער - גייען אריין א בית מדרש למורים, ישיבות, ישיבות קטנות, תלמוד-תורות, בית רבקה סקולס פאר מיידלעך, אוונט קורסן פאר דערוואקסענע וכו'. אויסער דעם חינוך הכשר על טהרת הקדש וואס די קינדער באקומען פריי, באקומען פיל פון זיי אויך מאטעריעלע הילף, ווי פרייע מאלצייטן, באקליידונג וכו'.
כאטש די רעזולטאטן זיינען ב"ה זייער צופרידנשטעלנד, קענען מיר זיך אבער דערביי ניט אפשטעלן, ווארום מיר טארן ניט פארגעסן, אז עס זיינען נאך פאראן טויזנטע און טויזנטע פאר'חלש'טע אידישע קינדער וועלכע גייען ארום אן תורה און אן חינוך און געפינען זיך אין א גרויסע סכנה נפשיית.
עס איז צו האפן דעריבער, אז אונזערע פריינט וועלן פון זייער זייט אויך פארגרעסערן זייער השתתפות אין דער דאזיקער עבודת הקדש פון הצלת נפשות. די דאזיקע השתתפות עפנט ברייטע צנורות צו ממשיך און מקבל זיין די ג-טליכע ברכות פאר זיך און אלע בני בית, בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Through Haraha"g vaharaha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m engaged in tzt"z etc. Shlomo Zalman Hecht, your contribution has arrived for our educational work in North Africa. Your participation is certainly timely.
The work in North Africa, which began through the initiative of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal shortly before his passing, has developed and expanded with G‑d's help. One can see the Divine success that accompanies it on its difficult path.
In the latest report I received from there, a list is given of 52 institutions that have already been established with G‑d's help in various cities and even the most remote villages in Morocco.
This broad network of educational institutions—bearing the name Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch after its great founder—includes a teachers' seminary, yeshivos, small yeshivos, Talmud Torahs, Beis Rivkah schools for girls, evening courses for adults, etc.
In addition to receiving pure Torah education free of charge, many children also receive material assistance such as free meals and clothing.
Although the results are very satisfying with G‑d's help, we cannot stop here because we must not forget that there are still thousands of weakened Jewish children who wander without Torah or education and are in great spiritual danger.
It is therefore hoped that our friends will also increase their participation in this sacred work of saving souls. Such participation opens wide channels to draw down and receive Divine blessings for oneself and all one's family members, both materially and spiritually.
