I hereby express my blessing to you and all that is yours, and through you to all the IDF soldiers under your command: a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year in both material and spiritual matters. Especially that you should succeed—may Hashem, Who makes a path in the sea—grant you success in your most responsible position. And may we soon merit the fulfillment of the prophecy: 'Veyarad miyam ad yam...' (And He will rule from sea to sea...) 'Lefanav yichreu tziyim...' (Before Him desert-dwellers will bow...) 'Hashem oz le'amo yiten Hashem yevarech et amo vashalom.' (Hashem will give strength to His people; Hashem will bless His people with peace.)
