שיגדל המספר ככל האפשרי,
להסבירם - לפי הבנתם - שזהו (תחלת) השבוע דראש השנה וזמן דהכנה מתאימה לר"ה,
(שאז כאו"א מקבל עליו מלכות השם על כל השנה לשמור מצותיו וכו'
והשם מברך את כל בנ"י בכתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה).

אדמו"ר הזקן שבימים אלה הקב"ה הוא, כביכול, כמשל המלך שנמצא בשדה שאז רשאין כל מי שרוצה להקביל פניו והוא מקבל את כולם בסבר פנים יפות.
ולכן מבקשים את כאו"א מהמשתתפים בכנס זה לומר ביחד ובחַיות:

Shalom u'Vrachah!
My great request and suggestion—connected to these Days of Will and Mercy and based on the words of our Sages about the immense value of the breath of children learning Torah (for which the world exists)—is that on one of the days of Selichos (if possible on the first day), you gather boys and girls before Bar or Bat Mitzvah and strive energetically to increase their number as much as possible. Explain to them—according to their understanding—that this is (the beginning of) the week of Rosh Hashanah and a time for proper preparation for it (when everyone accepts upon themselves the sovereignty of Hashem for the entire year to keep His mitzvos, etc., and Hashem blesses all His children with a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year).
Especially since this is an auspicious time, as explained by Admor HaZaken that in these days, the Holy One Blessed Be He is, so to speak, like a king in the field; then anyone who wishes may approach Him, and He receives everyone with a pleasant countenance. Therefore, each participant in this gathering should be asked to say together with vitality: Torah tzivah lanu Moshe morashah kehilat Yaakov ("The Torah that Moshe commanded us is an inheritance for the congregation of Yaakov"). Shema Yisrael Hashem Elokeinu Hashem Echad ("Hear O Israel: Hashem is our G‑d, Hashem is One"). Baruch shem kevod malchuto le'olam va'ed ("Blessed be the name of His glorious kingdom forever"). Avinu Malkeinu Avinu Atah ("Our Father our King, You are our Father"). Avinu Malkeinu ein lanu melech ela Atah ("Our Father our King, we have no king but You"). Avinu Malkeinu rachem aleinu ("Our Father our King, have mercy on us"). Avinu Malkeinu choneinu va'aneinu ki ein banu ma'asim aseh imanu tzedakah vachesed lema'an shimecha hagadol vehoshieinu ("Our Father our King, be gracious to us and answer us for we have no deeds; deal with us charitably and kindly for Your great Name's sake and save us").
Afterwards it should be explained by each organizer in his group (or one person aloud for all): The Baal Shem Tov said: Every Jew comes into this material world with a certain mission from Torah Or—Torah light—and with this mission of Torah and mitzvos he goes about both in his own city and wherever he travels or whatever opportunity arises. We wish everyone that they fulfill this mission at its proper time successfully; may they be blessed with a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year.
My request is doubled: afterwards give each child two coins—one as a gift from me—with my suggestion (but not as a condition) that they give it to charity; and one—at my request—that they give it as my agent to charity.
With honor and much heartfelt thanks for all the above, with blessings for success in all these matters—and may you merit it—and with blessings for a good inscription and sealing.

It is also good and proper—to do all the above on one of the Ten Days of Repentance as well; only instead of explaining "the king in the field," explain that regarding these days it is said: Dirshu Hashem behimatzo kera'uhu bihyoto karov ("Seek Hashem when He is found; call Him when He is near")—as explained by Admor HaZaken that then it is like drawing close the light to the spark—the Divine soul within every Jew.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that gathering children before Bar or Bat Mitzvah during auspicious times inspires them in their unique mission. Reciting foundational verses together fosters unity and spiritual preparation. Giving charity connects them practically to their purpose.
