Shalom u'Vrachah!
As the new year approaches, which is coming upon us and all of Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and all that is yours: a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually.
With honor and blessing: Just as in the past you have been an example to many in defending Tomchei Temimim—Dvar Hashem (the word of G‑d), which is halachah—without fear, so too may you continue and increase in this in the future, and your prestige will be elevated with honor until the prophecy will be fulfilled: Ki MiTzion Tetze Torah (For from Zion shall go forth Torah—Torat Emet, true Torah that rejects compromise) u'Dvar Hashem (and the word of G‑d—this is halachah) MiYerushalayim (from Jerusalem), whose fulfillment depends on rejecting those who lower their faces to the ground and did not rebuke one another—as taught by our Sages in Shabbat (119b)—and they will don glory.
Summary
