נעימה כפולה היתה לי בקראי אשר זוכר מר את גזע צור מחצבתו ממשפחת מויסייב, משפחה חסידותית ידועה מעיר קרמנצ'וג, עיר חסידותית ידועה. ותקותי אשר זכרון זה פעיל גם כן בנוגע לחיי יום-יום בהנהגה ואורח חיים, כי

בקשר לסיום מכתבו על דבר הסתדרות במקום מתאים וכו', מובן שמכאן אי אפשר לדון האם ידידי אשר באה"ק ת"ו יכולים לעזור לו בזה. אבל בודאי באם ביכולתם לעזור, יעשו זה בחפץ לב. ויתקשר עם ועד כפר חב"ד, וכשיראו מכתבי זה, שוב אין צורך בהמלצה נוספת, ובכלל אין צורך בהמלצה בידעי טוב לבם.

It was a pleasant surprise for me to receive your letter from the eighth of Av, and I certainly remember your father who often visited our home. As is common with childhood memories, I especially recall the appearance of your house (your family's home) as it was being built. As was explained to me then, your father was the contractor, builder, and owner.
It was doubly pleasing to read that you remember your roots from the Moiseyev family—a well-known chassidic family from the city of Kremenchug, itself a renowned chassidic city. My hope is that this memory is also active regarding daily life in conduct and lifestyle, for action is what matters most, and nothing stands in the way of willpower.
Regarding the end of your letter about settling in a suitable place, it is clear that from here it is impossible to determine whether my friends whose names you mentioned can help you with this. But certainly, if they are able to help, they will do so wholeheartedly. You should connect with the Vaad of Kfar Chabad; when they see this letter from me, there will be no need for further recommendation—and in general there is no need for a recommendation as I know their good-heartedness well.
