May it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed in establishing and spreading all matters of Judaism and kashrut without any doubt, and moreover, with hiddur (enhancement). If everywhere and at all times the matter of beautifying a mitzvah is great—and certainly the kashrut of a mitzvah—how much more so in the land where "the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are always upon it from the beginning of the year to its end," especially in our times.
