כמנהג ישראל עתיק להוסיף הערה וכו', ארשה לעצמי להעיר בנוגע למשלוח השני, אשר כיון שהכוונה בזה להפצה ותעמולה בקרב חוגים שונים, הרי פי כמה הי' גדול הרושם והנאמנות אילו הי' מצורף לההעתקה של המכתב הרוסי גם

כמובן מנצל אני הזדמנות זו להביע גם בכתב העונג והקורת רוח שנגרמו לי על ידי האפשרות לבלות עכ"פ חלק מהשמחה של שמחת תורה ביחד עם מר וחבריו שיחיו, ובצותא עם אחינו שבאו משם,
ובסגנון הידוע
, בנערינו ובזקננו בבנינו ובבנותינו (אף שהנשים היו בעזרת נשים, כמובן).
ויהי רצון אשר עוד כמה וכמה מהם יצאו בקרוב ממש מצרה ושבי' לרווחה לאורה ולגאולה ויחוגו שמחת תורה הבע"ל בבתי כנסיות ובבתי מדרשות מתוך הרחבה ושמחה אמיתית ומלאה.

I hereby gratefully acknowledge receipt of the two shipments of printed materials you are producing, and I hope that you will continue this practice in the future—thank you in advance.
As is the ancient custom of Israel to add a comment and so forth, I will allow myself to remark regarding the second shipment: since its purpose is dissemination and publicity among various circles, the impression and credibility would have been much greater had a copy of the signatures accompanied the Russian letter's transcript—at least some of them—especially since this was done with the first Georgian letter.
Of course, I take this opportunity to also express in writing the pleasure and satisfaction I felt from being able to spend at least part of the Simchas Torah celebration together with you and your friends, as well as with our brethren who came from there. In the well-known style: "With our youth and our elders, with our sons and our daughters" (even though the women were in the women's section, naturally).
May it be G‑d's will that many more will soon leave distress and captivity for relief, light, and redemption—and celebrate next Simchas Torah in synagogues and study halls with true and complete joy.
